Milvin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing milvin.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside Milvin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement governing your relationship with Milvin.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any translation or informal summary, the English version takes precedence. Milvin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Milvin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on Milvin, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Milvin does not permit gaming by anyone under 18, and we actively verify age as part of the account process.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Milvin account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Milvin.

Milvin performs identity verification (KYC) on all accounts, typically triggered before a player's first withdrawal or when an account reaches a specified deposit threshold. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Milvin login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Milvin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive a communication claiming to be from Milvin and requesting your password, do not respond and contact our support team immediately.

• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified Milvin of unauthorised access before the activity took place.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Milvin's support team via live chat immediately to request a temporary account lock.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Milvin account. Accounts found to be shared between multiple individuals may be closed without notice.
• Milvin uses SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Milvin account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Milvin are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Milvin does not charge fees on deposits. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Easypaisa – deposits credited within 30 seconds
• JazzCash – deposits credited within 30 seconds
• NayaPay – deposits credited within 2 minutes
• SadaPay – deposits credited within 2 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer – credited same business day
• Visa / Mastercard – credits within 5 minutes

The minimum deposit on Milvin is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Milvin, though your payment provider may apply its own limits. Milvin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

Milvin does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. Any payment made via a method not listed above will be returned and the associated account may be reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Milvin are processed within 2 hours for most standard requests via Easypaisa or JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day. Milvin charges no withdrawal fees on any method or amount.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Milvin will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing a withdrawal, Milvin may require completion of identity verification (KYC) if this has not already been completed on your account.
• If your account has an active bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable.
• Milvin reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, processing may take longer than the standard window and Milvin's support team will contact you directly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Milvin offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements represent the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period (typically 14–30 days), stated on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from your account.
• One account, one welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses by creating additional accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus abuse: Milvin reserves the right to remove bonuses and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, exploiting error states in games, or coordinating wagering to artificially fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement as stated on the relevant promotion (typically 3x). Free spins are game-specific and expire after the stated validity period.
• Cashback offers are calculated on net losses over the stated period and credited as bonus funds with a 1x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All digital games on Milvin operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and regularly audited. Live dealer games use real cards and real dealers operating under certified studio conditions.

• All bets placed on Milvin are final once confirmed. Milvin does not permit cancellation of confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
• Sports bets: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after betting has opened, bets will be settled according to Milvin's standard sports settlement rules, which are available in the sports betting help section. In general, void matches result in stakes being returned.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or bet placement, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. Milvin will not honour winnings produced by a game error, regardless of the displayed amount.
• Milvin reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error is identified — for example, where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault. Players will be notified of any such voids.
• Maximum winnings per single game session or bet may be subject to limits that vary by game. These limits are displayed within each game's information panel.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Milvin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using Milvin for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including commercial gambling operations or acting as an agent for other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game or live dealer game.
• Attempting to launder funds through Milvin's deposit or withdrawal systems.
• Charging back a deposit after using the funds for gaming activity — this constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant financial institution and authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Milvin's support staff or other players in any way.

Milvin monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. Players will be notified of any investigation and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification before a final decision is made.

9. Responsible Gaming

Milvin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. During a cooling-off, login is not possible.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider associated with your account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is on an active self-exclusion list.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money deposit balance will be returned via the original deposit method after any necessary investigation, provided the funds are not subject to a legal hold.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Milvin is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or factors outside our reasonable control — provided that affected bets are either settled correctly or voided with stakes returned.
• Milvin is not responsible for internet connection issues on the player's side that result in disconnection during a game. Most Milvin games are designed to resume from the point of disconnection where technically possible.
• Milvin's total liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the balance held in that player's Milvin account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits Milvin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Milvin may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

Your continued use of Milvin after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Minor corrections, formatting changes, and updates that do not alter the substance of any clause may be made without prior notice.
